Eligibility Criteria
- Trade Apprentice - Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) & Trade Apprentice (Boiler): B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Technician Apprentice - Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Technician Apprentice - Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Technician Apprentice - Instrumentation: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Instrumentation & Electronics, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, or Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
- Experience Requirement: No prior apprenticeship in the same trade; minimum 1 year gap if previous apprenticeship in different trade
- Job Experience: For Technician Apprentice posts, no job experience of 1 year or more after obtaining qualification

- For Codes 104, 105 & 107: Register on NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) and apply for IOCL Haldia Refinery (Establishment ID: EWBMEC000002)
- After applying on NAPS/NATS portal, submit additional details on Microsoft/Google Form mandatory
- Ensure profile is 100% correctly updated on NAPS/NATS portal with aggregate percentage
- Use valid email ID and mobile number which must remain active for at least one year
- Fill out the application form carefully with correct personal, educational, and contact details
- Upload required documents such as photograph, signature, and certificates in the prescribed format
