Eligibility Criteria
- General Physician: MBBS, MD/DNB (General Medicine), 03 years after MD/DNB
- General Surgeon: MBBS, MS/DNB (General Surgery), Certification in Plastic Surgery, 03 years after MS
- Obstetrics & Gynaecologist: MBBS, MS/DNB (OBG), 03 years after MS/DNB
- Pediatrician: MBBS, MD/DNB (Pediatrics), 03 years after MD/DNB
- Ophthalmologist (Eye): MBBS, MS/DNB (Ophthalmology), 03 years after MS/DNB
- ENT Surgeon: MBBS, MS/DNB (ENT), 03 years after MS/DNB
- Dermatologist: MBBS, MD/DNB (Dermatology), 03 years after MD/DNB
- Psychiatrist: MBBS, MD/DNB (Psychiatry), 03 years after MD/DNB
- Chest Physician / Pulmonologist: MBBS, MD/DNB (Respiratory / Pulmonary Medicine), 03 years after MD/DNB
- Radiologist cum Sonologist: MBBS, MD/DNB (Radio Diagnosis), 03 years after MD/DNB

- Maximum Age Limit: The upper age limit for engagement shall not exceed 65 years as on 01.01.2026.

Selection Process
- The selection of doctors shall be strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations of IOCL. IOCL reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the selection of candidates appearing for the interview.
Walkin Details
- Daily timings for all above mentioned three days : 09.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs
- Venue: Refinery Guest house, Panipat Refinery Township, IOCL, PRPC Township, Panipat, Haryana
- Candidates must possess all mandatory certifications, approvals, and documents required to conduct Ultrasound and/or Echocardiography examinations at PR Hospital at the time of the selection process.
- Candidates must have the required documents ready at the time of interview for submission to the PC/PNDT Office (Civil Surgeon, Panipat), as applicable under statutory norms.
