Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBBS with P.G. Degree/Diploma/DNB in the concerned speciality from a recognized University / Institution and should have a valid registration with Delhi Medical Council. Must have not completed 03 years Senior Residency in any recognized institution including regular & adhoc period.
- Experience: In case of non-availability of candidate with PG Degree/Diploma/DNB, the candidate with two years experience in Obs. and Gynae department and three years experience in rest of the departments except radiology will be considered from Govt. /Govt. aided Institution.
- In case of non-availability of fresh candidates, the candidates who have completed 3 years of Sr. residency may also be allowed to appear in the interview.
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs.67700 – 208700 of level 11 plus allowances as admissible under the rules.
Age Limit
- 45 years for Gen. and OBC candidate and age relaxation for SC/ST candidate as per rule.

- Mode of selection will be through interview only.
General Information / Instructions
- OBC/EWS certificate issued by Govt. of NCT of Delhi shall only be accepted and the same must have issued before the date of interview. Further, the OBC certificate must possess Non Creamy Layer certificate for the current year along with his/her caste certificate.
- Candidates are required to bring all original certificates and testimonials along with two passport size photographs on the date of interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
- Hostel accommodation is mandatory for selected candidates subjected to availability.
- Number of the vacancies is provisional and subject to change without any notice.
- In case of non-availability of candidates under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category, vacancies may be filled up from the General category.
- In case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS certificate reveals that the claim to belong to these categories is fake/false, services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reason and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of Indian panel code for production of fake/false certificate.
- All appointment shall be subject to medical fitness by the medical board of JPCH and verification of certificate of education qualification/age/caste/submission of valid DMC registration certificate and internship completion certificate etc.
- Competent authority reserves the right of any amendment or cancellation of the advertisement.
- Competent authority reserve right to decide in case of any dispute with regard to selection process.
- The number of vacant post may vary.
- SKs are appointed for the 89 days tenure period extendable to maximum of 03 year, including previous experience, if any or till the regular candidate joins, whichever is earlier.
- All the required certificates duly self-attested by applicant must be attached with application. The candidates must carry their original certificates at the time of interview.
- The appointment is purely on adhoc basis for 89 days period only. However, further extension may be granted with one day mandatory break after completion of 89 days tenure subjective to the receiving of satisfactory performance work and conduct from concerned deptt. HOD with the approval of Competent Authority.
- The appointment of the selected candidates is subject to medical fitness report issued by medical board of JPCH. Selected candidates have to report before medical board of JPCH within 2 days of receiving of offer letter. Non appearance on medical board/found unfit on medical examination shall be considered as cancellation of offer letter.
- If selected The candidate has to submit an undertaking that he/she is not working at any Government or private Health care facility at the time of joining this institution and will not work in any Government or private health care facility during his/her tenure in this hospital. If found otherwise, strict action will be taken including termination of services.
- This advertisement is published for recruitment of Senior Residents on Adhoc basis only in patient interest and could be withdrawn/cancelled at any time subject to directions received from "Central Recruitment Committee, MAMC".
How to Apply
- Applications are invited for appointment as Senior Resident Doctors on adhoc basis in this hospital. Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Branch on the day of interview. Candidates are required to submit the duly filled in application form along with copies of certificates and testimonials (duly self-attested) and one passport size photograph, at the time of interview. The application form shall be available from 9 AM to 10:00AM on the date of interview. Candidates should report for the interview in the Administrative Block (5th Floor), Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital, as per the date schedule given below, along with all the original Certificates and testimonials.
- Required documents: 01 passport size photo, Matriculation Certificate MBBS Degree, MD/DNB/Diploma certificate. Residence proof & DMC certificate. Experience & Caste certificate, if any. Original & Photocopies of all the requisite documents is required to bring at the time of interview.
