Selection Process
- CMD/K-DISC reserves the right to determine the selection process based on requirements.
- The selection process may include application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test, group discussion, a skill test/proficiency test, an interview, or any combination of these methods.
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive intimations via email, SMS, or phone call regarding the selection process.
General Information/ Instructions
- The persons already empaneled as PDTs with K-DISC/CMD need not apply again.
- Applicants are required to go through the detailed notification carefully and decide themselves about their eligibility before applying.
- K-DISC/CMD shall not be responsible for any discrepancy in submitting the application.
- Candidates will have to send the filled-in Application Form (Annexure I), updated CV, and copies of certificates proving qualification and experience.
- Incomplete/incorrect application form will be summarily rejected.
- Do not furnish any false, tampered, fabricated information or suppress any material information.
- Qualification must be from a recognized University/Institute; equivalency certificate required if applicable.
- Candidature/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated if information is found false or incorrect.
- CMD reserves the right to call for additional documentary evidence.
- Upload original or provisional certificate (not mark sheets or statements).
- Applicants should have a valid personal email ID and mobile number active till completion of process.
- Appointment letters, salary certificates, pay slips not accepted in lieu of experience certificate; affidavit allowed only for latest experience.
- Experience certificates must include specific details like date of joining, relieving, duties, responsibilities, signature and seal.
- Applications with blurred/illegible photograph/signature/ambiguous certificates will be rejected.
- CMD/K-DISC reserves the right to modify, cancel the notification, revise number of posts, or stop the process without reason.
- Right to determine cut-off marks/shortlisting reserved.
- Right to debar candidates for malpractice or misconduct reserved.
