Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Must be a Graduate in Law under 10+2+3+3, 10+2+5, 10+2+4+3 or any other recognized pattern from a University in the Indian Union and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney.
- Must have passed all Law Examinations within the duration of the course.
- Must have obtained Law Degree not earlier than five years as on the date of Notification (i.e., on or after 12-11-2020).
- Candidates pursuing Post-Graduate Degree in Law or any other Degrees or Programmes requiring their compulsory attendance elsewhere are not eligible.
- Must not have attained the age of 30 years as on 1st July 2025.

Selection Process
- Viva-voce (Personal Interview) at Principal Seat at Chennai or Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.

Salary / Stipend
- Consolidated Honorarium: ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) per month.
