A candidate must not be less than 18 years and not more than 30 years of age on 1st August, 2026. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of ST/SC candidates or as may be notified by the Government from time to time. Selection will be based on Written Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Personal Interview. Total marks obtained in Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be added to determine the final score on top of written exam and personal interview.
