- Electrician Gr-III: SSC pass from recognized Board, ITI(Electrician)-NTC (National Trade Certificate)
- Mechanic-Cum-Operator Gr-III(Fitter)(NE-03): SSC pass from recognized Board, TI(Fitter)-NTC (National Trade Certificate)
- Mechanic-Cum-Operator Gr-III (Welder) (NE-03): SSC pass from recognized Board, ITI(Welder)-NTC (National Trade Certificate)
- Mine Foreman-I (NE-08): Diploma in Mining & Mine Surveying and possessing valid Mine Foreman’s certificate / Second class Managers/First class Managers certificate of competency(Unrestricted). SSC Pass and possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate / Second class Managers/First class Managers certificate of competency (Unrestricted).
- Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman (NE-09): B.E/B.Tech in Mining or equivalent and possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate/Second Class/First Class Manager Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)

Application Fee

Selection Process
- Application is to be submitted by a candidate only once and against only one of the posts against direct recruitment, which means that a candidate can apply for any one post only
- Candidates are advised to apply for the post most suitable to his/her qualification and experience etc. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the other multiple registration(s) will stand forfeited.
- For all the above posts, candidates will be required to appear computer based online test. The online test will be held for all the posts on same day and same shift.
- Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria. Admission to Computer Based Online Test will be purely provisional. Candidature will be subject to verification of details/documents, if shortlisted or at any stage of the recruitment process/appointment.
- The duration of Computer Based Online Test will be for 90 minutes (in one sitting) consisting of Objective Type question (MCQ) (100 marks) break up of which is general knowledge for 10 marks, reasoning 10 marks and subject knowledge will be for 80 marks. Question paper will be available both in Hindi & English
- Candidates are required to appear in the Computer Based Online Test at their own expenses and if shortlisted in the Computer Based Online Test as per the above criteria. MOIL reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for Computer Based Online Test.
