Eligibility Criteria for NIT Meghalaya Junior Research Fellow 2025
1. Educational Qualification
M. Sc in Physics with valid NET or GATE score) with consistently good academic record and a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA in the Master’s degree. Relaxation for SC/ST & PH candidates is as per GOI norms. Students without NET or GATE can be considered for project associate with less salary.
Good knowledge of programming languages and some research experience.
2. Salary
Consolidated monthly compensation / Fellowship: Rs. 37,000 (Thirty-Seven Thousand only) per month+HRA.
3. Duration
Initially for 1 year. It can be extended upto another 1 year upon with satisfactory performance.
