- Senior Personal Assistant: Bachelor's Degree + 3 years as PA in Level 6 or 5 years as Stenographer in Level 4 or above. Proficiency in Stenography/Typing/Computers.
- Senior Assistant: Bachelor's Degree + 3 years as Assistant in Level 4. Proficiency in Computers, noting, drafting.
- Assistant: Bachelor's Degree + 2 years as Junior Assistant. Typing speed 35/30 wpm English/Hindi. Proficiency in Computers.
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor's Degree. Typing 35/30 wpm English/Hindi. Proficiency in Computers.
- Semi Professional Assistant: Master's in Library Science OR Bachelor's in Library Science + 2 years experience.
- Library Assistant: Bachelor's in Library Science. Typing 30 wpm English/Hindi. Knowledge of Computers.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 + Certificate in Library Science. Knowledge of Computers.
