Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences/Social Work/Population Studies/Public Health and allied fields
- At least 3–5 years of experience in research projects in the field of HIV/AIDS is desirable
- Research skills in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, management, and analysis
- Conversant in the local language in addition to English
- Experience in conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge populations
- Sensitivity towards issues relating to HRG communities and PLHIVs
- High level of commitment, integrity, excellent coordination and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
Salary/Stipend
- ₹50,000–60,000/- per month (consolidated, depending upon qualification and experience)
- Duration: 6 months (initially, can be extended)
