Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Protection Officer: PG in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Human Rights/Public Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management; Accountant: Graduate in Commerce/Maths + Tally Certificate from recognized institute; Outreach Worker: 12th Passed from recognized board/equivalent board.
- Essential qualifications: Qualifications must be from recognized university/institute.
- Desirable: Knowledge of English and Hindi language.
- Experience: Protection Officer: 2 years in documentation, training & capacity building, project formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision in women and child development/social welfare if graduate; Accountant: 1 year in government/non-government institutions preferably in women child welfare; Outreach Worker: 1 year in government/non-government institutions preferably in women child welfare.

- Protection Officer (Institutional Care): Rs. 27,804/-
- Accountant: Rs. 18,536/-
- Outreach Worker: Rs. 10,592/-

General Information/Instructions

- Qualifications must be from recognized institutions; documents must be attached by last date.
- Age relaxation as per state government rules, max up to 45 years.
- Age proof: Birth certificate or 10th marksheet.
- Must be local resident of Chhattisgarh with certificate from competent authority.
- Reservation as per Chhattisgarh Public Service (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Reservation) Act 1994.
- Must not be married before minimum age for marriage.
- Must not be married to person with living spouse unless exempted.
- Affidavit on Rs. 50 stamp paper for above two points if selected.
- Experience: Full time certificate from employer; voluntary service not counted; government/semi-government employees need NOC.
- Merit list on marks basis; interview/skill test for shortlisted (1:5 ratio).
- Tie breaker: Older age, then higher marks in minimum qualification.
- Must be physically/mentally fit, no criminal case, etc.
- Selected must join within 15 days or candidature cancelled.
- Contract for 1 year, renewable based on performance.
- Can be terminated with 1 month notice or pay.
- No claim for regular appointment.
- Disputes under jurisdiction of Kanker district court.
