Age Limit: Candidates’ upper age limit is 33 years as on 06-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Post Graduation Medical Degree/ Diploma in respective discipline from recognized University/ Institute.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test/ interview.
Application Fee: Candidates must pay the fee of Rs.500/- for General and OBC and Rs.250/- for SC/ ST in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Puducherry-06. Differently Abled candidates are exempted from the fee.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can attend walk in interview along with Demand Draft, filled in application & bio-data in the prescribed format, all relevant original and attested copies of certificates held at Sushrutha Theatre, Ground Floor, Admin Block, JIPMER, Puducherry-06 on 06-06-2013 at 8.30 AM.

As per the notification candidates who possess Degree or Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from recognized University and registered as a Nurse and Midwife under Indian Nursing Council Act 1947 or any state nursing council are eligible for the post of Staff Nurse in JIPMER.
