Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet); M.Sc. IT, BE IT, MCA, MBA preferred
- Age group: 21-45 years at the time of appointment
- Resident of the same district or adjoining district
- Proficient in local language (reading and writing)
- Willing to visit villages in the district for supervision
- Accommodation near the nodal branch, not outside the district
- No adverse record or dismissal from past service
- Police verification will be conducted
- Rural banking experience of at least 3 years (for young candidates)
- Retired bank officers up to Chief Manager equivalent, or retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB and good track record, may also apply

- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years (at the time of appointment)
- Maximum age for continuation: 65 years
Salary/Stipend
- Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000 per month
- Variable Component: Based on performance and targets achieved
- Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 4,000 per month
- Mobile Expenses: Rs. 200 per month
