Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a woman and an active member of an SHG under NRLM for at least two years as on notification date
- Must have a member code, entered in NRLM MIS (LokOS)
- Age: 25–40 years as on 01.01.2025
- Educational qualification: Higher Secondary (Commerce) or Graduation in any stream if no commerce candidate; preference to higher qualifications
- Basic computer skills preferred (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
- Should have clear knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
- Must be physically fit and willing to work in villages/district/state
- Not eligible if engaged in regular government/non-government paid work (ICDS/ASHA/NRP/BOD)
- SHG members with “RI portfolio” are also not eligible
Salary/Stipend
- Audit Charge per SHG (Yearly):
- With running CIF Loan: Rs. 225
- Without CIF Loan: Rs. 200
- Audit Charge per Sangha Cooperative (Quarterly, based on corpus):
- Up to Rs. 50 Lakhs: Rs. 500
- Rs. 50 Lakhs–1.25 crore: Rs. 800
- Above Rs. 1.25 crore: Rs. 1000
- Annual Bonus: Rs. 2,000 (on completion of assigned audits)
