Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications per NMC guidelines as per Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-05072025-264399 dated 30.06.2025.
- Up-to-date Medical Registration certificate (NMC/State Medical Council) for MBBS qualification. If not available, proof of application required.
- Only one discipline/department can be applied for per candidate.
- All eligibility (degree, experience, age) must be met as on 28-11-2025.
Salary/Stipend
- Fixed Basic Pay: Rs. 56,100/- per month
- Plus other allowances as per ESIC rules
Age Limit (as on 28-11-2025)
- Maximum: Not exceeding 30 years
- Relaxation: As per Govt/ESIC rules (OBC/SC/ST/PH)
Application Fee
- SC/ST/ESIC Regular Employee/Female/Defence Ex-servicemen/PH: Nil
- All Other Categories: Rs. 500/- via Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund Account No.2, State Bank of India, Pandeypur, Varanasi
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances

Selection Process

- Contractual; appointment for one year, extendable yearly up to three years based on performance
How to Apply
- Appear for walk-in interview at Council Room, College Building, ESIC Medical College Hospital, Pandeypur, Varanasi
- No prior submission of scanned documents required; bring filled application form and original Demand Draft (fee, if applicable) on interview day
- Submit necessary original and copies of documents: DOB proof, MBBS marksheets/degrees/registration, experience certificate, category certificate, relieving letter if applicable, Aadhaar/Voter/PAN (any two), NOC if employed
- Security Deposit of Rs. 20,000/- via Demand Draft at time of joining (mandatory)
Instructions
- Vacancies are provisional; can increase/decrease at interview
- Appointment is contractual and can be terminated by one-month prior notice
- No claim to regular service benefits (PF, pension, medical, promotion etc.)
- Absence >7 days without intimation will result in contract termination and forfeiture of security deposit
- No private practice allowed while engaged as Tutor/Junior Resident
- Reservation and relaxations as per Government of India/ESIC rules and format
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate must be issued within one year of interview date
