- Candidates having extensive experience in analysis of cancer genomics including analysis on next-generation sequencing (NGS) data from biological and clinical samples for Whole genome/exome sequencing/transcriptomic, targeted sequencing of limited gene panel, and establishment of in-house bioinformatics pipeline for the same.
- Candidate must have a sound knowledge in Linux, scripting, R programming.
- Candidates working in academic institutions with minimum 2 years of proven experience will be preferred.
