The total number of vacancies for ICSIL Project Associate (Legal) & Data Entry Operator Recruitment 2025 is 7 posts.

• Project Associate (Legal): 02 posts
• Data Entry Operator: 05 posts

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Project Associate (Legal): Law Graduate.
• Data Entry Operator: Graduate in any stream.

2. Experience

• Project Associate (Legal): 0–3 years’ experience.
• Data Entry Operator: 0–3 years’ experience.

3. Other Conditions

• Candidates must meet eligibility regarding age, qualification and experience as per scrutiny of documents during interaction/interview.
• Engagement will be on contractual/outsourced basis for a fixed period or till expiry of contract or till regular incumbents join.

Application Fee

• One Time Registration (OTR) Fee: Rs. 590/- (non-refundable).
• Candidates must make payment of OTR fee before walk-in interview date, i.e., by 27/11/2025 at 23:59 hrs.
• Only those candidates who have registered online and paid OTR fee of Rs. 590/- on ICSIL website will be entertained for walk-in interview.
• Proof of payment of OTR fee (printed from “manage profile”) must be brought at the time of walk-in interview.

Salary/Stipend

• Project Associate (Legal): Rs. 55,000/- per month (EPF applicable as per rules).
• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 24,356/- per month (as per Minimum Wages of Govt. of NCT of Delhi).
• One month salary will be deducted as security in two parts (50% in first month and 50% in second month), refundable with saving bank interest after completion of contractual liabilities and receipt of No Dues certificate from client department.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on scrutiny of documents related to age, qualification, experience, etc., as per prescribed criteria.
• Interaction/interview with the department; selection may also include personal interview/skill test or written test depending on the position.
• Final selection will be on purely contractual/outsourced basis for a fixed period or till expiry of contract or till regular incumbents join.
• Mere appearance in walk-in interview does not guarantee selection; decision of interview panel/committee will be final and binding.

2. Complete online registration and make One Time Registration (OTR) fee payment of Rs. 590/- before 27/11/2025, 23:59 hrs.
3. Take printout of proof of OTR fee payment from “manage profile”.
4. Report for walk-in interview at the scheduled date and time with original documents and required photocopies.
5. Carry all original certificates related to Date of Birth, Qualification and Experience, along with 1 set of photocopies and 2 photographs.

• Place of deployment will be anywhere in Delhi/NCR; candidates may have to work in shifts/rotational basis as per departmental requirement and no extra conveyance will be paid.
• Candidates must bring original documents, one set of photocopies of all relevant documents and 2 photographs.
• Details in application form must match Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card; if name has changed after Class 10th, supporting evidence must be produced.
• Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate; influencing recruitment process directly or indirectly may also affect future opportunities.
• ICSIL reserves the right to accept or reject applications and withdraw the advertisement at any time without notice.
