Eligibility Criteria

• B.S. 4 years programme (in Physics/Chemistry/Electronics) / Integrated BS-MS / M.Sc. (in Physics/Chemistry/Electronics) / B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree (in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Metallurgical and all relevant programmes), with 55% marks and passing of NET/GATE test.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 Years (on the last date of receipt of application i.e. 07 March 2026) • Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates: Up to 5 Years

Salary / Stipend

• Salary: Rs.37,000/- Per Month + HRA (1st and 2nd year) • Salary: Rs.42,000/- Per Month + HRA (3rd year as SRF)
