Why Is This Document Verification Being Held?
Candidates who cleared the Written Examination for the Assistant Professor (Broad Speciality) posts under Advertisement No. 03 of 2025-26 must now appear for physical verification of their original certificates and documents. Documents Required for OPSC Assistant Professor DV 2026
As per the notice, candidates must carry the following, along with originals, on their scheduled verification date:
- Hard copy of the Online Application Form, with Roll Number clearly indicated at the top right corner
- Four passport-size photographs
- Self-attested copies of all relevant certificates and documents
- Proof of identity
- Original documents corresponding to all self-attested copies, as required under Para-11 of the Advertisement
- Duly filled-in "Attestation Form" (to be downloaded from the OPSC website)
All of the above must be submitted in person on the day of verification.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must report to the OPSC office half an hour before their scheduled verification time.
- Documents, application forms, and the Attestation Form must be submitted in person; the notice does not mention any provision for postal or online submission.
