Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: IRSEE Officers of SAG/NFSAG/SG level with 18 years Group 'A' service
- Experience: 18 years Group 'A' service
Salary/ Stipend
- 7th CPC matrix Level-13 - IRSEE officer with 18 years of Group 'A' service
- 7th CPC matrix Level-14 - IRSEE officer

Selection Process
- Educational Qualification: 15 points (Basic Minimum Qualification 10, Additional Qualification 5)
- Vigilance/DAR: 10 points (No vigilance history 10, Cases closed without action 10, Minor penalty 7.5, Major penalty 5)
- Performance in service: 25 points (APARs for 5 Years)
- Performance in Interview: 50 points (Domain knowledge, Work Experience, Managerial competency, Overall Suitability)
- Total: 100 points
- Candidates securing 60% or above shall be qualified for being considered, as per the order of merit in the Merit List
General Information / Instructions
The normal tenure of deputation shall be 3 (three) years, which may be extended depending upon the requirement and performance.
Location: Delhi / NCR. However, official can be posted anywhere in the Country or abroad as per requirement.
RITES will be providing Company/Leased Accommodation as per entitlement to the officer who joins RITES on deputation.
The Ministry of Railways has conveyed their approval for continuance of Officers on deputation on exemption from the rule of immediate absorption to RITES for a period of three years beyond 31.08.2023 vide their letters No. 2008/PL/45/04 Pt. dated 02.08.2024 and 20.12.2024.
How to Apply
- Applicants are required to apply online in the registration format available in the Career Section of RITES website, http://www.rites.com. While submitting the online application; the system would generate 'Registration No.' on top of online form filled up by the candidate. A copy of this online application form containing the registration number is to be printed, signed and attached with the application in the prescribed format (Annexure III) along with detailed CV.
- Applications are to be sent through respective administrative officer (HOD) indicating No Objection, Vigilance/DAR clearance & Vigilance/D&AR records indicating details of penalties if any, imposed upon the applicant during his service and ACRs/APARs for the past 05 years. The applicants are also required to send their application in the prescribed format (Annexure III) along with detailed CV.
- The forwarded application along with other required documents must reach us within 45 (forty five) days from the date of issue of vacancy notice. The applicant is also advised to send an advance copy of his application in the prescribed format (Annexure-III) along with detailed CV directly at [email protected] / [email protected] at the earliest for our record. However, in absence of receipt of the forwarded application and the required documents within the stipulated period, the advance copy of the application so received, will be liable for non-consideration for the subject post. No correspondence either from the applicant or from his organization in this regard including the request for extension of time period shall be entertained.
