Bank of India Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for Security Officer Vacancies: Bank of India has issued notification against recruitment of 06 Posts of Security Officer Vacancies Officers in Middle Management Grade/Scale II. Eligible candidates may apply online on or before 22-02-2013. Name of Post: Security Officer (Scale II)
Age Limit: Candidates’ age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 31-10-2012. Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules.
Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation from any recognized University. A certification in computer course for minimum three months or Information Technology or related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards with an experience as an officer with minimum 5 years commissioned Service in the Army/ Navy/ Air Force or a police officer not below the rank of Asst.SP / DSP with minimum 5 years of Service or officers of identical rank in the para-military forces with minimum 5 years service.
Application Fee: Candidates must download the Challan from the website. Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.400/- as application fee or Intimation charges for Gen/ OBC Candidates and and Rs. 50/- for SC/ ST/ EXSM candidates as Intimation charges and make the payment of fees in any of the Bank of India branches on or before 22-02-2013.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply through Online from Bank of India website www.bankofindia.co.in. After submission of application candidates can take a printout of the system generated on-line application form to be submitted at the time of the interview. The registration number and password generated should also be retained for future reference.
Instructions for Online Application:
1. Log on to Bank’s website www.bankofindia.com and select the ‘Recruitment’ link.
2. Candidates need to download the Challan form. Select the link ‘copy of Challan link’ and take print of Challan for making payment.
3. Make the payment at any of the Bank of India braches as mentioned above.
4. Revisit the Bank’s website and select the link ‘ Apply Online’.
5. Fill all the details in the online application form and after submission of all the details click on ‘Submit’ button.
6. Take print of Application Form and retain it along with the payment Challan for submission at the time of Interview.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection – IBPS conducts Common Written Examination (CWE) for the recruitment of Clerical Cadre, Probationary Officer, Specialist Officer which was approved by 19 public sector banks. The candidates who get qualified in the CWE are given a score card which stands a base to apply for any of the recruitment notifications given by the 19 banks.

As per the notification, the candidates who cleared IBPS must have minimum intermediate as their qualification.
