Educational Qualifications

Group A

  • Medical Officer (Female): MBBS recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI)

Group B

  • Private Secretary: Bachelor's Degree from recognized University/Institute with three years experience as Stenographer/Personal Assistant at Pay Level 06 in 7th CPC

Group C

  • Technical Assistant (Instrumentation): B.Tech./B.E. in Instrumentation/Biomedical Engineering/Physics/Electrical/Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks with two years working experience
  • Technical Assistant (Earth Sciences): Bachelor's degree in Biology/Environmental Science with Chemistry with at least 60% marks with two years working experience in Environmental Analysis and Monitoring
  • Laboratory Assistant (Engineering & Technology): Bachelor's degree in Engineering from recognized University
  • Laboratory Assistant (Earth Sciences): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/BCA from recognized University/Institute
  • Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or pass in Master's Degree with two years experience as Lower Division Clerk and knowledge of Computer Applications

  • Qualification and Service Conditions: As prescribed by University/UGC/Government of India, amended from time to time
  • Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least minimum essential qualifications. Mere possession does not entitle candidature for interview

  • Grading System: Where grading system followed, equivalent grade point required
  • Already Employed Candidates: Should apply through proper channel or submit advance copy with NOC at interview. Must submit certificate that no disciplinary proceeding pending and Vigilance Clearance Report
  • Canvassing: Canvassing in any form may lead to cancellation of candidature
  • Ex-servicemen: Must submit discharge certificate/pension payment order and documentary proof of rank. Those in defence service need certificate of relief. Those already in civil post not considered for ex-serviceman relaxation
  • PWD Candidates: Must have at least 40% relevant disability. Certificate issued by competent authority authorized by Central/State Government
  • UR Posts: For UR posts, reserved category candidates treated at par with unreserved category. No relaxation provided - selection based on merit only
  • OBC Certificate: Should not be issued before six months from date of submission and should clearly state candidate does not fall under creamy layer
  • National Pension System: Selected candidates governed by NPS (earlier New Pension Scheme) applicable w.e.f. 01.01.2004
  • Antecedent Verification: University shall verify antecedents/documents at any time. If fake documents/clandestine background detected, services terminated
