Eligibility Criteria
- Post: Teaching Associate (11 Months) on full time contractual basis at University Library, Administrative Office, IAB Building, ANGRAU, Lam, Guntur.
- Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Library Science OR Master’s Degree in Library Science; plus a 4/5 years Bachelor’s Degree with first division or equivalent OGPA.
- Experience: At least 3 years of teaching/research experience as evidenced from fellowship/associateship/training/other engagements.
- Research: At least one research paper published in Science Citation Index (SCI) / NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journals.
- Candidates with PG degree in Basic Sciences with 3‑year Bachelor’s + 2‑year Master’s degree must possess NET qualification.
- Upper Age Limit: 40 years for men and 45 years for women.

- Men: Upper age limit 40 years.
- Women: Upper age limit 45 years.
Application Fee

Salary/Stipend
- Master’s Degree holders: Rs. 61,000/- per month + applicable HRA.

- HRA will be given as per existing State Government rates applicable for UGC teaching employees in Universities and Colleges under UGC Revised Pay Scales 2016, subject to change as per Government orders.
Selection Process
- Selection is through walk‑in‑interview scheduled on 11‑12‑2025 at 11:00 AM.
- Candidates must bring all original certificates and report one hour before the walk‑in‑interview for verification of resume/bio‑data.
- The decision of the selection committee for the post will be final and binding in all respects.

- Interested candidates should appear directly for the walk‑in‑interview at University Library, Administrative Office, IAB Building, ANGRAU, Lam, Guntur on 11‑12‑2025 at 11:00 AM.
- Candidates must bring all original certificates for verification and attend at least one hour before the scheduled time.
- One set of bio‑data along with Xerox copies of educational qualifications, other certificates (if any), social status certificate and passport size photograph shall be submitted at the time of interview.

Instructions
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual and will be terminated after completion of 11 months or filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.
- The incumbent will have no claim or right to claim for any regular appointment in the University/any government organization, nor for further continuation of contractual service.
- Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification at selection or termination during contractual engagement.
- Contractual engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
- Engaged persons may leave contractual service on their own by giving one month notice or by paying one month salary before leaving.
- Selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expense as per rules for ensuring physical fitness before appointment.
- No TA & DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- The Registrar has the right to cancel or postpone the interviews due to any unavoidable circumstances or reasons.
