Eligibility Criteria

  • Chief Administrative Officer (Level-12): Postgraduate degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks OR Engineering Graduate with degree/diploma in management (MBA preferred); minimum 15 years’ relevant experience including 5 years in Level-11 or 10 years in Level-10 and above in supervisory/head roles in Central/State Govt, PSUs, Universities/Autonomous bodies or reputed higher education institutes; proficiency in computers, excellent English communication and man-management skills.
  • Legal Officer (Consolidated Rs. 50,000–60,000): Professional Law Graduate (LLB) with extensive experience in legal matters of Government/PSU organizations, service, labour, land laws and liaisoning; at least 5 years dealing with legal matters in Govt/PSU/companies; strong drafting/vetting experience; excellent English (Hindi preferred); Company Secretary qualification desirable; experience as Compliance Officer or Senior Legal Associate preferred.
  • Senior Administrative Officer / SAO (Programmes) (Level-11): Postgraduate in any discipline (10+2+3+2) with at least 55% (SAO) / 60% (Programmes) OR Engineering Graduate with management degree/diploma; 12 years’ experience in Central/State Govt/Autonomous/Statutory organizations/PSU/Universities/reputed institutions with 5+ years in Administrative Officer or equivalent in Level-10 (PB-3 GP-5400); proficiency in computers and excellent English and interpersonal skills; preference for IIM/IIT/IISER/CFTI/PSU experience.
  • Administrative Officer (Administration/Programs) & Executive Assistant (Level-10): Postgraduate degree (10+2+3+2) with at least 55% OR MBA; 8 years’ post-qualification experience (5 years independently handling admin/academic/admission functions) in reputed academic institutions/universities; computer proficiency and LMS exposure desirable.
  • Internal Audit Officer (Level-10): Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with S.A.S or equivalent with at least 55% marks; minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, establishment, pay fixation, pension, stores & purchases, construction works, research and projects; familiarity with Tally/ERP/PFMS, GFR, CCS rules; retired Senior Audit Officer from AG/C&AG up to 65 years preferred.
  • AAO (Hindi Language & Administration) (Level-8): Master’s degree in Hindi with at least 55% marks; degree course with English/Hindi as compulsory/elective or medium; minimum 5 years’ experience in translation (English–Hindi & vice-versa) and academic administration; M.Phil. in Hindi, MS Office proficiency and course management exposure desirable.
  • AAO (Student Affairs) / AAO (International Relations) (Level-8): Graduate/Postgraduate (10+2+3+2) with at least 55%; 8 years (Graduate) / 5 years (Postgraduate) relevant admin experience with 3 years independently handling student-related or international relations functions; MBA and LMS/ERP knowledge preferred; preference for IIM/IIT/IISER/PSU and international partnership experience (for IR).
  • Assistant Student Counsellor (Level-8): Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with 55% and 5 years’ relevant experience (2 years counselling in academic/medical institution) OR Master’s in Psychology with 55% plus diploma in Mental/Social Psychology and 5 years’ experience (3 years counselling); at least 2 years counselling young adults in fully residential campus; certifications in mental health/wellness and strong communication desirable.

Junior Horticulturist – B.Sc in Agriculture/Botany/Horticulture with 55% and 2 years’ horticulture/ornamental gardening experience in Govt/PSU/autonomous bodies.

Selection Process

  • Shortlisted candidates meeting qualifications as per RoR will be called for tests (written and/or skill) and/or personal interview; selection will be based on results of these stages as per IIM Bodh Gaya HR policy.
  • For trainee positions, a pool of suitable candidates will be prepared based on selection process and will remain valid for one year from date of declaration of results; appointments from the pool will be made as and when requirement arises.
  • The list of waitlisted candidates for Non-Faculty posts will remain valid for 1 year from the date of declaration of result.
