Advanced degree/ Certifications in Management for Post 1, Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with MBA/PGDM from reputed institutions for Post 2, Degree in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Degree in Engineering in Marine Structures / Port and Harbour Engineering/ Ocean Engineering for Post 3, Degree in Civil Engineering for Post 3.
