Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification for PRT (Regular): Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) from a recognized board. OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and four year Bachelor of Elementary Education ( B.El.Ed.) OR Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and two- year Diploma in Education (special education) OR Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from any NCTE recognized institution along with six-month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE.
• Essential Qualification for PRT (Special Educator): XIIth passed and two-year D.Ed. Special Education in any of the category of disability or XIIth passed and one-year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the category of disability or Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf or Primary level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment or Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation-Mental Retardation (DVR-MR) /Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment -Mental Retardation (DVTE-MR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or XII passed with any RCI recognized qualification of minimum one-year duration and 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs or Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI
• Qualification for Nursery Trained Teacher: Senior Secondary with Nursery Teachers Training diploma or diploma in Nursery/Montessori/Pre-primary Teachers Training or Diploma in Elementary Education from a Govt recognized institution. While candidates with higher qualification may apply, preference is to be given to candidates with diploma in Nursery/Montessori Training.
• Desirable Qualifications: (Due weightage will be given during selection). (a) Knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office (b) Ability to read/write/communicate in Hindi/English (c) CTET/STET qualified candidates will be given additional weightage during selection. (d) Experience in art, craft, cartoon, caricature, puppet making, music, dance etc.
• Experience: Candidates with at least two years continuous service as a PGT/TGT or three years as a PRT/NTT in any Air Force School but presently not working in an Air Force School, will be given age relaxation up to the extent of such service rendered in Air Force School.

Salary/ Stipend

• PRT Regular: Rs 28,500 (Annual increment of Rs 850/- every year upto Rs 37,000/-) and 5% DA
• PRT (Special Educator) Contractual: Rs 28500/- Fixed
• NTT Regular: Rs 18,000 (Annual increment of Rs 550/- every year upto Rs 23,500/-) and 5 % DA
• NTT Contractual: Rs 18,000/- Fixed
• Helper Regular: Rs.13,000/- (Annual increment of Rs 400 every year upto Rs 17,000/-) and 5% DA
• Helper Contractual: Rs 13,000/- Fixed
• Watchmen Contractual: Rs 13,000/- (Fixed)

Age Limit (as on 01 July 2026)

• PRT and PRT (Special Educator) and NTT: Should be in the age group of 21 to 50 years as on 01 July 26.
• Helpers and Watchmen: Should be in the age group of 21 to 40 years as on 01 July 26.
• Women candidates and physically challenged candidates will be given age relaxation up to a maximum of five years.
• Ex-servicemen candidates who have put in not less than six months of continuous service in the Army, Navy or the Air Force shall be allowed to deduct the period of such service from their actual age and if the resultant age does not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for the post by more than three years, they shall be deemed to have satisfied the condition regarding age limit. Such ex-servicemen candidates, if selected for the post, will also retire from the school as per rules of the Society

General Information / Instructions

• Candidates willing to apply for more than one post & type of vacancy are to submit separate application for each.
• The dates for the selection are tentative and any change in the same will be communicated via email/telephonically.
• Date and process of selection will be intimated through e-mail and mobile number annotated in the application form. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the selection process.
• School Management Committee reserves the right to cancel the selection process, increase/decrease the number of vacancies and change the status of post as per suitability at any stage without assigning any reason.
• This is a Non-Governmental Institution.

• Candidates are to attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents / certificates along with application form. (i) Proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Certificate). (ii) Qualifying degree and mark sheets. (iii) Degree and mark sheets of higher qualifications (Over and above the minimum qualification). (iv) B.Ed. Degree certificate from a recognized Institute.
