Eligibility Criteria
- Only retired employees of Government of West Bengal are eligible.
- Eligible categories: Retired Inspector BCW & TD, Extension Officers, Head Clerks and U.D. Clerks of Government of West Bengal.
- Candidates should have held last pay scale Rs. 7,100 to Rs. 37,600 with Grade Pay Rs. 3,600 as per ROPA 2009 or Level – 9 as per ROPA 2019.
- Upper age limit is 64 years as on 01/12/2025 or date of joining after selection, whichever is later, with engagement extendable up to 65 years on satisfactory performance.
- Special preference will be given to retired employees of BCW & TD Department.

- Upper Age Limit: 64 years as on 01/12/2025 or date of joining after selection as Additional Inspector, BCW & TD, whichever is later.
- Engagement may be renewed on satisfactory performance up to maximum age of 65 years.
Salary/Stipend
- Selected candidates will receive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 12,000 per month.
- Engagement is purely on contractual basis with renewal possible on satisfactory performance up to the age of 65 years.
Selection Process
- Selection will be done through an interview for engagement to the post of Additional Inspector, BCW & TD on contractual basis.
- Candidates will be called for interview after scrutiny of applications as per eligibility criteria.
- Shortlisted candidates must appear before the Selection Committee at the Office Chamber of the Additional District Magistrate (Zilla Parishad), Bankura on 29/12/2025 at 10 A.M with original and photocopies of all supporting documents.
- The decisions of the Selection Committee will be final, and engagement is subject to approval of BCW & TD Department, Government of West Bengal.

- Duly filled application form along with photocopies of relevant documents must be submitted from 04/12/2025 to 19/12/2025 up to 5 PM (except holidays).
