Essential Qualification
- Post Graduation in Agricultural Extension OR Agricultural Economics OR Agri-Business Management OR other relevant fields.
Desirable Qualification
- Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension OR Agricultural Economics OR Agri-Business Management OR relevant fields.
Experience Requirements
- For Post Graduation holders: Minimum 3 years experience in field work, conducting training programmes, or report writing on aspects relating to FPOs and Agribusiness Management.
- For Ph.D. holders: Minimum 1 year experience in field work, conducting training programmes, or report writing on aspects relating to FPOs and Agribusiness Management.
Age Limit
- General Candidates: Maximum 45 years.
- Retired Employees: Up to 62 years.
Preferences
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Hindi or local language of Jammu & Kashmir.

- For Ph.D. holders: Experience requirement is exempted.
Age Limit
- General Candidates: Maximum 45 years.

- Exposure to database management systems and deployment of web applications.

Salary, Tenure & Nature of Engagement
About the Project
- Project Name: Capacity Building of Farmer Producer Organisations of Jammu & Kashmir under HADP and JKCIP.
- Objective: Capacity building of different stakeholders of FPOs in Jammu & Kashmir through structured training and support.
- Project Centres: Jammu and Srinagar, implemented under the Centre for Secondary Agriculture, FPO and Monitoring & Evaluation, MANAGE.
- Assignment Duration: One year contractual engagement for each MANAGE Fellow.
