Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in Graduation (minimum 3-year full time duration)
- Post Graduation (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) with specialization in Finance/International Business/Foreign Trade OR Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Post Graduation course should be of minimum 2-year full time duration with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA
- For CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Membership of ICAI is mandatory
- Candidates who have appeared for final examination in Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy during January 2026 and expecting results in 2026 are eligible to apply
- The University/Institute should be recognized/approved by Government/AICTE/UGC
- Candidates having completed graduation and postgraduation through correspondence/part-time/open university/open learning/external/distance learning are NOT eligible
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in use of computers and information technology
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates awaiting final results must produce necessary documents evidencing qualification by June 01, 2026 or joining date (whichever is later)
- For Universities/Institutes awarding degrees based on CGPA/GPA, candidates must furnish conversion formula from Institute/Controller of Examination if percentage is not mentioned in mark sheet
Salary/Stipend
- During Training Period (1 year): Monthly stipend of ₹65,000/-
- After Absorption as Deputy Manager (JM-I): Pay band ₹48,480-2000-62,480-2340-67,160-2680-85,920 as per Indian Banks' Association (IBA) 12th Bipartite Settlement
- Additional Benefits: Allowances, perquisites and benefits as applicable to the Grade as per Bank's rules
- Accommodation: Residential accommodation subject to availability or leased accommodation scheme

Selection Process
- The selection process comprises Written Test and Personal Interview
- Written Examination: Professional Knowledge - Subjective (Total 100 marks, 2 hours 30 minutes duration)
- Part I: Financial Statement - Question 1 (Compulsory) - 40 marks
- Part II: Attempt any 6 out of 8 Questions - 60 marks
- Examination will be conducted in Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Guwahati
- No sectional cut-off for written examination
- Candidates shortlisted based on written test performance will be called for Personal Interview
- Personal Interviews will be conducted in Mumbai and/or New Delhi
- Final Selection: Based on overall performance in Written Examination (70% weightage out of 100 marks) and Interview (30% weightage out of 100 marks)
- Pre-recruitment training will be organized for candidates from reserved categories (details will be intimated to opted candidates after registration closes)
General Information/Instructions
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply

- Selected candidates may be transferred to offices outside India with their consent
- Management Trainees will be absorbed as Deputy Manager after successful completion of one-year training
- Selected candidates must execute a personal bond for ₹3 lakh to serve the Bank for 1 year as Management Trainee and minimum 5 years as employee after absorption
- Selected candidates already in service must produce proper relieving letter/discharge certificate in original at the time of joining
- Reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) is available under Section 34 of "The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016"
- One vacancy reserved for PwBD - Hearing impairment (horizontal reservation within overall 40 vacancies)
- PwBD candidates must submit Disability Certificate issued by prescribed authority (minimum 40% disability)
- EWS candidates must produce Income and Asset Certificate issued on or after 01/04/2025 and before document verification at interview
- OBC candidates must provide Non-Creamy Layer certificate valid as on last date of application (issued within one year prior)
