Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: The candidate should be Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience (post qualification) in any organization after becoming member of ICAI/ICMAI. Candidates should be well versed in financial management, Indian Accounting Standards, Accounting, Audit, Cost and Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, Taxation, Treasury Management, Tender Evaluation, Vetting of Contracts etc. Candidates should be well versed with working in computerized environment and well conversant with TALLY.
Salary/ Stipend
- Total consolidated monthly emolument shall be Rs. 1,20,000 (Fixed) per month for first two Years.
- Rs. 1,30,000 (Fixed) per month for 3rd & 4th year.

- Selection to the above post will be based on performance in personal interview and meeting of required Educational Qualification and Experience criteria.
General Information/ Instructions
- Engagement on full time contractual basis, initially for the period of 2 years (can be extended further for maximum period of 4 years on yearly basis after appraisal and review).
- The services can be terminated at any time by giving one month's notice by either party or payment of one month consolidated remuneration in lieu of notice.
- The finally selected candidates will have to sign a contractual agreement with YIL including confidentiality and non-disclosure clauses.
- The contract shall not confer any rights or claim of extension/absorption in the Company.
- Normal working hours: 09:00 A.M. to 06:00 P.M. from Monday to Friday (may be required on holidays/Saturdays without extra compensation).
- Paid leave: 1.5 days per completed month of service (no accumulation beyond calendar year).
- No work no pay applicable if leave exceeds prescribed limit.
- Female personnel entitled to maternity benefits as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
- Company quarters may be provided (if available) with deductions as per rules; no HRA payable.
- Candidates must maintain confidentiality, governed by Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Other assignment/consultancy not permitted during contract period.
