Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have passed Middle Standard (8th Standard / Middle School) examination from a recognized board.
- No additional higher qualification is required beyond 8th pass.
Language Requirement
- Knowledge of Hindi is essential; OR
- Knowledge of Punjabi is also acceptable as an alternative.
- Candidate must possess knowledge of at least one language (Hindi or Punjabi).

Nature of Appointment
- Appointment is purely on ad-hoc (temporary/contractual) basis.

Selection Process
- No written examination will be conducted.
- Selection will be based on personal interview only.
- Merit will be prepared based on performance in interview.
- Selection will be done in accordance with Rule 7 of Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997.
- Reservation policy in force at the time of selection will be applicable.
