Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BSC Home Science
- Qualification: BSC. Nursing OR GNM Course Passed & Live Registration in Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
- Experience : Experience certificate: Only experience of Government Institution/Undertaking/Corporation Board in the field of the concerned post will be valid and in case of equal marks, preference will be given to the employees who have previously worked under NRC.
- Experience : By order number F 1-67/2021/Seventeen/One, dated 3 February 2023 of the Chhattisgarh Government, Public Health and Family Welfare Department, during the Corona global pandemic, work experience of 6 months in a year has been substituted in place of continuous service of 6 months in government health institutions of Chhattisgarh state. As per the order given in the order, the benefit of 10 bonus marks will be given. In this regard, it will be mandatory to submit a certificate of 6 months issued by the competent authority along with the application.

- The age of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 70 years (for medical posts) and 64 years (for managerial posts) as on 01/01/2026.

Selection Process
- The merit list for contract appointment will be prepared by the selection committee by calculating 70% marks of educational qualification, 10 marks of experience, 20 marks of written/skill/interview test and total 100% marks.
- Qualification Percentage of Marks -70% (70% in B.Sc. (Home Science) for Feeding Demonstrator post, 70% in B.Sc. Nursing/GNM for Staff Nurse post)
- Experience – 10 marks
- Skill Test/Interview -20 Marks.
- For Written/Skill/Interview/Proficiency Test – 10 times the total number of advertised vacancies
General Information / Instructions
- Only the residence certificate of the applicant issued by the competent authority will be valid.
- Applications will be accepted only from candidates who possess the prescribed qualifications as per the advertised post.
- It is mandatory for the candidate to have a valid registration with the concerned council before the release of the advertisement.
- The age of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 70 years (for medical posts) and 64 years (for managerial posts) as on 01/01/2026.
- Applicants may submit the application form in the enclosed prescribed format or typed form.
- The applicant will have to submit the photo and all the attached documents in the application after self-attesting them.
- If an applicant applies for more than one post, he/she will have to apply separately.
- District reservation roster will be followed as per rules.

- After receiving the application, first of all the list of eligible/ineligible candidates will be pasted on the official notice board for claim objection. A fixed time will be given for claim objection. After resolution/broadcast of claim objection, the candidate will not be allowed to attach any document related to his/her qualification. Only representations for correction of official typing error or error in application review will be accepted. After resolution of claim objection, information for skill/interview of eligible candidates will be pasted on the official notice board. No separate information will be given personally.
- This appointment/selection process has been done under the terms and conditions/provisions of Human Resource Policy-2018 issued by National Health Mission Chhattisgarh.
- No travelling allowance or any expenses will be paid to the candidate for participating in the recruitment process for contract appointment.
- Contract Honorarium: A lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the contract service period, apart from this no other type of allowance/facility will be payable.
