Eligibility Criteria (Summary)
- Assistant Manager (Production): B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production Engineering + relevant experience in sanitary napkin/hygiene/FMCG/medical device manufacturing.
- Assistant Manager (Quality Clinical Lab Services): Post-Graduation in Medical Laboratory Technology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology + 3 years in NABL-accredited lab.
- Business Head – Mental Health Division: Post-Grad in Psychology/Psychiatry/MSW/MBA + 12 years (Deputy VP) or 10 years (Deputy GM) in healthcare/mental health.
- Manager (Government Business Division): Graduation in Engineering/B.Pharm/MBA/PGDM/MSW + 3 years hands-on experience in government business/sales.
- Officer QA: Graduation in Science or Diploma in Engineering + 3+ years in QA of sanitary napkin/hygiene/FMCG/medical device/pharma units.
- Depot/Warehouse Officer: Any Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Materials/Logistics + 3+ years in depot/distribution/FMCG/healthcare/government supply chain (sanitary napkin preferred).
Salary / Stipend
- Assistant Manager (Production): Rs. 20000 - 40000/-, Gross Salary - Rs.39760.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
- Assistant Manager (Quality Clinical Lab Services): Rs. 20000 - 40000/-, Gross Salary - Rs.39760.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
- Business Head – Mental Health Division: For Deputy Vice President - Rs. 60000 – 90000 /- / For Deputy General Manager - Rs. 50000 - 80000/- Gross Salary - For Deputy Vice President - Rs.119280.00 / For Deputy General Manager - Rs.99400.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
- Manager (Government Business Division): Rs. 30000 - 50000/- Gross Salary - Rs.62640.00 (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
- Officer QA: Scale of Pay – ₹12,000 – ₹29,500/- per month.
- Depot / Warehouse Officer: Scale of Pay – ₹12,000 – ₹29,500/- per month.
- In addition to the salary mentioned above, employees will be eligible for other benefits like PF, Leave, ESI / Medical Insurance, Bonus, etc. as applicable for FTC employees in the similar grade / scale from time to time.
- Experience and age relaxation and higher start in the pay may be considered in case of deserving candidates.
Age Limit (as on 01-02-2026)
- Maximum Age: 37-40 years as on 01.02.2026.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST candidates: 5 years relaxation
- OBC candidates: 3 years relaxation
- Age relaxation will be given to SC / ST / OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.
- Candidates may be considered for a lower post in case they are found otherwise suitable depending on their qualification, experience and present position.
Selection Process
- The selection process for the positions of Officer QA and Depot / Warehouse Officer comprises a Written Test and Skill Test.
- Those who are shortlisted by the Company alone will be called for the written test / skill test / interview as the case may be.
- The appointment will be under Fixed Term Contract (FTC). Management / Company reserves the right to change the employment type suitably at the time of recruitment process depending on candidates' qualification, experience and present position.
- Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates. Decision of management to call the candidates for selection process shall be final. No interim correspondence will be entertained.
- Mere meeting the conditions of the advertisement by the candidate(s) will not automatically entitle them to be called for Test / Selection / Appointment process.
- Candidates will have an option to answer / reply in Hindi at the time of personal interview / skill test, if any.
