Eligibility Criteria
For Officer (Finance) - Post A
- Qualification: ICWA / CA / MBA (Finance) / CMA from recognized university/college/institute
- Academic Record: Minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/years of graduation (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST candidates)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field in a medium/large organization
- Preferred Experience: Specialized experience in Industrial finalization of Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Costing & Budgeting

For Officer (Legal) - Post B
- Qualification: Full-time LLB from recognized university/college/institute
- Academic Record: Minimum 60% aggregate marks of all semesters/years of graduation (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST candidates)
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills is essential
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field in a medium/large organization

Selection Process
- Application Screening: Applications will be screened for eligibility and conformity with job requirements
- Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview or Video Conference (VC) as decided by management
- Merit-Based Selection: Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit, experience, and performance in the interview
- Verification: Character & Antecedents verification and Caste verification (if applicable) will be conducted as per company rules
- Medical Examination: Selected candidates will have to undergo Pre-Employment Medical Examination at HMT Hospital before joining
Salary/Stipend
- Pay Scale: PS III – Rs. 8,600-250-14,600 (1997 Pay Scale) with IDA and other allowances
- Initial Placement: Selected candidates will be placed at minimum of the pay-scale of the grade
- Annual Increment: As per the scale during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance
- Dearness Allowance (DA): Eligible as per government rules
- House Rent Allowance (HRA): Eligible as per government rules
- Provident Fund (PF): Eligible
- Incentives: Monthly incentive and annual incentive eligible for the fixed period of service
- Group Insurance: Eligible for the fixed period of service
- Medical: Amount limited to one month's basic per annum for medical expenses (in-patient and out-patient)
- Maternity Benefits: Female employees eligible as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
- Leave: 10 days casual leave per calendar year (pro-rata basis) + 2.5 days earned leave with pay (no encashment)
- Surety Deduction: 5% deducted from monthly emoluments towards surety (refunded on completion of tenure if not terminated)
Contract Terms
- Initial Period: 2 years from the date of joining
- Extension: May be extended for a further period of 2 years on yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance
- Maximum Tenure: 4 years total
- Automatic Termination: Tenure comes to an end automatically on completion of specified period or completion of assignments, whichever is earlier
- Early Termination: Can be terminated by either party by giving 3 months' notice or payment of 3 months' salary in lieu of notice period
- No Permanent Rights: FTA will not confer any right to claim permanent/regular employment in the company
- Deputation: Selected candidate may be deputed to any unit/office of the company or its subsidiaries anywhere in India or abroad
