Qualifications

• Relationship Manager:
  • MBA in Marketing/Finance from Reputed University
  • Preferably certified in NISM or equivalent capital market qualifications
• Digital Marketing Specialist:
  • Graduate preferably in Computer Science/Visual communication
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee for Back office:
  • Graduation (NISM Certifications preferable)
• Dealer - For Stock broking Terminals:
  • Graduation with NISM qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• All Educational Qualification prescribed shall be from the University/Institution/Board recognized by Government of India/approved by Government Regulatory Bodies
• Cutoff date for Age, Educational qualification and Experience will be as on 01.01.2026

Experience

• Relationship Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Stock broking, Wealth Management, Mutual fund, debt instruments etc.
• Digital Marketing Specialist: Minimum 4-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in project-driven organizations running digital campaign, lead generation, Social media ads, Web designing & maintenance, Digital Creatives/allied fields
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee for Back office: Minimum one year experience in back office (Preferable)
• Dealer - For Stock broking Terminals: Minimum one year experience in dealing
• Experience relevant to the post will only be counted for reckoning the attribute of experience

Salary/Stipend

• Relationship Manager: Rs. 4.00 to Rs. 5.00 lakh per annum
• Digital Marketing Specialist: Rs. 5.00 to Rs. 8.00 lakh per annum
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee for Back office: Rs. 3.50 lakh per annum
• Dealer - For Stock broking Terminals: Rs. 4.20 lakh per annum
• Performance Linked Incentive: Over and above the salary, performance linked incentive will also be paid depending on the individual performance

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)

• Relationship Manager: 25-35 years
• Digital Marketing Specialist: 26-40 years
• Secretarial Officer-Trainee for Back office: 21-35 years
• Dealer - For Stock broking Terminals: 21-35 years
• Cutoff date for Age will be as on 01.01.2026

Selection Process

• Mode of selection is based on the Interview
