1. Administrative Officer
- Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute
Age Limit: 40 years
2. Senior Personal Assistant
- Bachelor's degree from recognized University/Institute
- Minimum 3 years experience as Personal Assistant in Pay Level 6 or 5 years as Stenographer in Pay Level 4 or above in University/Research establishment/Central/State Government/PSU and other autonomous bodies or equivalent pay in private organization of repute
- Proficiency in English/Hindi Stenography speed 120 wpm English or 100 wpm Hindi
- English/Hindi Typing speed 35 wpm English or 30 wpm Hindi
- Knowledge of Computer Applications
Age Limit: 35 years
3. Junior Assistant
- Bachelor's degree from any recognized Institute/University
- English Typing speed 35 wpm OR Hindi Typewriting 30 wpm
- Proficiency in Computer Operations

4. Library Attendant
- 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized Board
- Certificate course in Library Science from recognized institution
