Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development from recognized Universities/Institutes
Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination
Desirable: Degree in Law will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026
Upper Age Limit: 37 years as on 07.02.2026 (Relaxation applicable for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD as per norms)
Option 1: Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) / Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI)
Option 2: Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
Option 3: Two years Full Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts from recognized University (60% aggregate marks required)
Option 4: Full Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts from recognized University (60% aggregate marks required)

Key Responsibilities
Finance, Taxes, Balance Sheet and other related functions
Reporting of Statutory Compliances to respective Authorities
Liaison with Internal Auditor, Statutory Auditor and CAG
Complete Finance Activities (Chart of Accounts, Corporate Book Keeping, Taxation, Payroll, Receivable & Payable Management, Revenue Billing, Purchase Finance, Insurance, TDS and GST issues)
General Accounting matters
