Position 1: Senior Human Resource Officer (GR-II)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree with Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development from recognized Universities/Institutes
- Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate marks in qualifying examination
- Desirable: Degree in Law will be an added advantage
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026
- Upper Age Limit: 37 years as on 07.02.2026 (Relaxation applicable for OBC/SC/ST/PwBD as per norms)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling complete HR Generalist Activities (Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Industrial Relations & Administration, Manpower Planning, Wage Administration, Training & Development)
- Compliance with all applicable labour laws
- HR Administration related activities
- Implementation of disciplinary procedures and maintenance of Industrial Peace
- Support skilling of new recruits, ITI and Diploma/Graduate Apprentices
- Effective interaction with all stakeholders
- May act as Head of HR as per organizational needs
Position 2: Senior Finance Officer (GR-II)
Eligibility Criteria - Any One of the Following
- Option 1: Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) / Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI)
- Option 2: Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
- Option 3: Two years Full Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts from recognized University (60% aggregate marks required)
- Option 4: Full Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts from recognized University (60% aggregate marks required)
- Option 5: Two years Full Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from AICTE recognized Institute (60% aggregate marks required)
Experience and Age Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of post-qualification experience as on 07.02.2026
- Upper Age Limit: 37 years as on 07.02.2026
Key Responsibilities
- Finance, Taxes, Balance Sheet and other related functions
- Reporting of Statutory Compliances to respective Authorities
- Liaison with Internal Auditor, Statutory Auditor and CAG
- Complete Finance Activities (Chart of Accounts, Corporate Book Keeping, Taxation, Payroll, Receivable & Payable Management, Revenue Billing, Purchase Finance, Insurance, TDS and GST issues)
- General Accounting matters
- Export/Import and Customs related activities
- Effective stakeholder interaction
- May act as Head of Finance & CFO as per organizational needs
Compensation and Benefits
Employment Terms
- Nature: Fixed Term Employment (FTE) - Purely temporary basis
- Duration: 4 years
- Grade: Group-II
- Permanent Status: This is not against any permanent vacancy and will not entitle the candidate for any regular employment in NAeL in future
