Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- FPO Manager: Post Graduate degree in Rural Management / Agribusiness Management / Social Work / Agriculture / Marketing / Finance / Horticulture or related field from a recognized university
- Business Promoter: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. MBA/B.Sc. in Mathematics/B.A. in Economics preferred
- Accountant: Graduation in Commerce from a recognized university
Essential Qualifications:
- FPO Manager: Must possess Post Graduate degree in relevant field mentioned above
- Business Promoter: Must be a Graduate with preference for MBA/B.Sc. Mathematics/B.A. Economics
- Accountant: Must be a B.Com graduate from recognized university
Experience:
- FPO Manager: At least 3 years of experience in rural management / agribusiness management or related field
- Business Promoter: Experience in business promotion and marketing will be preferred
- Accountant: Experience in accounting and financial management in government/private sector will be preferred
Desirable:
- FPO Manager: Knowledge of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO), agricultural marketing, and rural development programs
- Business Promoter: Knowledge of business development, market analysis, and promotional activities
- Accountant: Knowledge of Tally, GST, and accounting software. Understanding of government accounting procedures
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office for all posts
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Salary/Stipend
- FPO Manager: Rs. 35,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- Business Promoter: Rs. 20,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- Accountant: Rs. 18,000/- per month (Consolidated)
- Salary is on contractual basis
