• Research Associate: Ph.D. in Social Work/Women’s Studies/Development Studies with 2 years fieldwork + 3 years research experience OR M.A. with 3 years field work + 5 years research experience specifically on women and development issues, policies & programmes. Fluency in speaking, reading & writing Marathi and English. Knowledge of Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and SPSS. • Research Officers: M.A. in Social Work/Women’s Studies/Development Studies with 2 years direct field work with women in urban/rural communities. Experience working with state systems in Maharashtra. Fluent in spoken & written Marathi. Good writing skills in English. Knowledge of Microsoft tools and SPSS. • Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 5 years work experience with NGO/social sector/academic institution (higher education). In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (Tally or other PMS), proficient computer usage, fluency in written English for official communication.
