- Register/login and fill the online application form with complete personal, educational and experience details.
- Pay the application fee of Rs 500 per post online (PwD candidates are exempt).
- Submit the form and download/print the filled application form.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph and sign in the designated spaces on the printout.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required documents (educational certificates, experience, caste/PwD, NOC etc.).
- Send the hardcopy application along with enclosures to the specified address by Speed Post or submit in person so that it reaches on or before 30-03-2026 (5:00 PM).

- Assistant Nursing Superintendent (J.N. Medical College Hospital): Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, registration as Nurse and Midwife with State Council, 5 years’ experience as Ward Sister; computer knowledge desirable.
