Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification (I.T. Expert): B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT Or BCA with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Qualification (P.A. to Chairman): Graduation in any stream with minimum One Year Diploma in Secretarial Practice from a recognized institute. Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and typing speed of 40 words per minute in English. “O” or higher level certificate course conducted by DOEACC or equivalent. Desirable: proficiency in MS Word, preparation of PPT, Excel sheets etc.
Salary/ Stipend
- I.T. Expert: 24,356/- (EPF as applicable) Per Month
- P.A. to Chairman: 25,190/- (EPF as applicable) Per Month
Age Limit (as on Interview Date)
- I.T. Expert: 28 Years
- P.A. to Chairman: 30 Years
Application Fee
- One Time Registration (OTR) Fee: Rs. 590/- (non-refundable)
- Payment must be made before one day of the Walk-in-Interview via ICSIL website
- Proof of payment (printed from manage profile) mandatory at Walk-in

Selection Process
- Scrutiny of documents (age, qualification, experience etc.)
- Interaction/Interview with the department
- Selection may include personal interview/skill test, or written test, depending on the position
- Mere appearance in the walk-in interview does not guarantee selection
- The decision of the interview panel/committee shall be final and binding
General Information / Instructions
- Deployment purely on contractual/outsourced basis for fixed period or till regular incumbent joins
- ICSIL does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates
- No TA/DA provided for appearing in interaction/documents verification
- Place of deployment anywhere in Delhi/NCR; may work in shift(s)/rotational basis; no extra conveyance paid
- Candidates must produce original documents for DOB, Qualification, Experience on date of verification/interview
- Bring 1 set of photocopies of all relevant documents and 2 photographs
- Details in application must match Class 10th Certificate, PAN Card, Aadhar Card
- Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate
- ICSIL has right to accept or reject applications without reason; right to withdraw advertisement anytime
- Incomplete applications summarily rejected

- False/misleading documents/information leads to rejection/cancellation
- Fifteen (15) days salary deducted as security (refundable with interest after No Dues and completion of liabilities)
