Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Ranges from 01-02 years (Junior Programme Assistant) to 10 years (Manager IA&R), with 02-05 years in relevant fields for most Junior Manager and Programme Associate roles.
Salary/ Stipend
- Manager (IA&R): ₹90,000 + OCA ₹15,000 = ₹1,05,000 per month + Mobile ₹700
- Junior Manager (various): ₹60,000 + OCA ₹10,000 = ₹70,000 per month + Mobile ₹500
- Programme Associate (various): ₹45,000 + OCA ₹7,500 = ₹52,500 per month + Mobile ₹500
- Programme Assistant (various): ₹40,000 + OCA ₹6,500 = ₹46,500 per month + Mobile ₹500
