Indian Bank Specialist Officer Recruitment 2026 - Interview Schedule & Details
Indian Bank has released the final notice for the Recruitment of Specialist Officers – 2025 on 27 February 2026. This covers the schedule for Document/Credential Verification and Interviews for shortlisted candidates from the advertisement dated 23 September 2025.
The process involves two stages:
- Document/Credential Verification at the venue.
- Personal Interview (only if verification is satisfactorily completed).
All shortlisted candidates must report at their own expense to the allotted venue on the specified date by 8:30 AM for verification. Interviews follow immediately after successful verification. Call letters have been emailed to registered IDs.
Important Notes:
- Missing the allotted date/venue will be treated as disinterest—no changes to date or venue will be entertained.
- Admission is provisional; final selection depends on eligibility verification, correct application details, and identity confirmation.
- Biometrics/IRIS and photo capture will occur on the interview day; mismatches or refusal lead to cancellation.
- No canvassing allowed; it results in disqualification.
Interview Venue All interviews and verifications are at: Indian Bank Management Academy for Growth and Excellence (IMAGE) 3, Thandavarayan Street, MRC Nagar, RA Puram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu – 600028.

Documents Required (Original + Self-Attested Photocopies) Bring in this order (as per Annexure-III):
- Printout of Call Letter (with photo affixed).
- Online application printout.
- Date of Birth proof (Birth Certificate/10th Certificate).
- Photo ID & Address proof.
- Educational mark sheets/certificates + professional course proofs.
- Detailed Experience Certificates (for each role: employer details, exact dates, designation, duties, projects, reporting structure).
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) / EWS Income & Asset Certificate (valid as specified: OBC-NCL on/after 1 April 2025; EWS for FY 2024-25 valid in 2025-26).
- PwBD Disability Certificate/UDID (specific rules for temporary vs. permanent).
- Ex-Serviceman discharge/pension proof.
- No Objection Certificate (if in Govt/PSU service).
- Age relaxation proofs (if applicable).
- Any other eligibility-supporting documents.
Failure to produce these will bar you from the interview.
Other Key Instructions
- Fulfill eligibility as on 01.09.2025.
- SC/ST candidates (not in service) eligible for 2nd Class train fare reimbursement.
- Bank's decision is final; discrepancies lead to rejection/termination even post-appointment.
