Note: As per Government Order No. 46/2021 dated 29.09.2022, 87% posts are reserved for Madhya Pradesh domicile candidates and 13% posts are for direct recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess a Graduate degree from a recognized University
• Knowledge of Hindi at High School level is mandatory
• Alternative: Knowledge of Sanskrit at High School level is acceptable
• Candidates must have studied Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject at Class 10 level or higher

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline from UGC recognized University
• Hindi or Sanskrit knowledge at matriculation level (Class 10) or above
• Valid domicile certificate of Madhya Pradesh (for reserved category candidates)

Desirable

• Experience in administrative work
• Knowledge of office procedures and documentation
• Computer proficiency

Experience

• No prior experience is mandatory for this position
• Fresh graduates can apply
• Relevant administrative experience will be an added advantage

Salary/Stipend

• Pay Scale: ₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500 per month
• Grade Pay: As per 7th Pay Commission
• Pay Level: Level 10 as per Pay Matrix
• Other Benefits: Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance and other admissible allowances as per Government norms
• Increments: Annual increments as per service rules

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation
• OBC Candidates: 3 years relaxation
• PwD Candidates (Unreserved): 10 years relaxation
• PwD Candidates (OBC): 13 years relaxation
• PwD Candidates (SC/ST): 15 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen: Actual service rendered in Armed Forces plus 3 years, subject to maximum age limit of 48 years
• Women Candidates (Unreserved): 5 years relaxation
• Women Candidates (OBC): 8 years relaxation
• Women Candidates (SC/ST): 10 years relaxation
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Madhya Pradesh Government rules

Payment Details

• Payment Mode: Online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI
• Portal Fee: ₹50/- (Non-Refundable) for all categories
• Fee for Correction: Fee payment dates are from 06.03.2026 to 12.03.2026 (till 12:00 noon) - ₹3,000/- for UR/OBC/EWS
• Fee for Final Submission: Fee payment dates from 13.03.2026 to 22.04.2026 (till 12:00 noon) - ₹25,000/- for final submission of detailed application
• Candidates are advised to keep the payment receipt safely for future reference
• Application fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances

Selection Process

• The selection process will be conducted through a competitive examination
• Preliminary Examination: Objective type examination consisting of 100 multiple choice questions of 200 marks
• Examination Duration: 2 hours
• Negative Marking: 1/3 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
• Qualifying Nature: The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature
• Candidates who qualify the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination
• The main examination will consist of written papers on subjects relevant to the post
• Final selection will be based on the performance in the main examination and interview
• Merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained by candidates
• Selected candidates will be appointed as per availability of vacancies

General Information/Instructions

• Candidates must be Indian citizens
• Only online applications will be accepted; no offline applications will be entertained

• Registration on the portal is mandatory before filling the application form

• Step 3: New candidates must first register by providing basic details like name, email ID, mobile number, and creating a password
• Step 4: After successful registration, login using Registration ID and password
• Step 5: Fill in the application form with all required personal, educational, and other details carefully
• Step 6: Upload scanned photograph, signature, and other required documents in prescribed format
• Step 7: Select the examination center preference
• Step 8: Verify all entered information carefully before submission
• Step 9: After verification, submit the application form
• Step 10: After submission, proceed to payment section
• Step 11: Pay the application fee online through available payment modes (Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI)
• Step 12: After successful payment, application status will show "Payment Done"

Important Instructions for Online Application

• Candidates must fill in all mandatory fields marked with asterisk
