Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification (Both Posts): B.E./ B. Tech. (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics)/ MCA (Full Time) or its equivalent (Full Time).
- Required Experience - Manager/ Information Technology (E3): Minimum 04 years of post-qualification experience (of the level of E2 (Rs. 50000-160000)/ L9 (Rs. 53100-167800) or above) for officers working in Central/ State Government/ CPSEs/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/ Government Instrumentalities OR Minimum 06 years of post-qualification experience for Private sector candidates OR Minimum CTC of Rs. 13.30 lakhs per annum.
- Required Experience - Assistant Manager/ Information Technology (E2): Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience OR Minimum CTC of Rs. 11.10 lakhs per annum.
- Only Full Time Regular Courses will be considered.
- All essential qualification(s) must be from UGC recognized Indian University/ UGC recognized Indian Deemed University or AICTE approved course.
Salary/ Stipend
- Manager/ Information Technology (E3): Rs. 60000-180000 (IDA)
- Assistant Manager/ Information Technology (E2): Rs. 50000-160000 (IDA)
- Basic Pay as applicable in the grade, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) at the applicable rates, HRA/ Lease and Perks and Allowances under Cafeteria Approach.
- Other Benefits like Laptop, Mobile Phone, Headset, Uniform, Briefcase, etc., as per extant Company Rules.
Age Limit (as on 23 January 2026)
- Maximum Age: 40 Years (for both posts).

Selection Process
- The selection process will comprise of Written Test/ CBT (80% Weightage) and Interview (20% Weightage).
- Merit list will be prepared based on combined score of Written Test and Interview.
- The minimum qualifying marks/ percentage for determining suitability shall be 60%.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit in the respective categories in the ratio of 1:5 for interview.
- Document verification of candidates shall be done before the interview.
