- Ayurveda Medical Officer: Degree in Ayurveda from University established by law in India, Registration as Vaidya with Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh
- Unani Medical Officer: Degree in Unani Tibb from University established by law in India, Registration as Hakeem with Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh
- Homeopathy Medical Officer: Degree in Homeopathy with minimum 5 years duration as per course syllabus OR Any recognized Diploma in Homeopathy with minimum 5 years duration, Registration with Homeopathic Medical Council, Uttar Pradesh
- MBBS Medical Officer: MBBS, Registration from Council of State or Government of India
