General Manager(Finance): Degree with passing final examination of Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant. Minimum 5-10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing industry preferably in Dairy sector/Food processing/Co-operative sector/Govt. PSU out of which 03 years in Managerial position.
General Manager(Marketing): B.Tech (Engg.)/BE/BTech(Dairy/Food Technology)/Degree Business Administration Or Postgraduate in relevant Field preferably with MBA in Marketing/PGDRM. Minimum 5-10 years of experience out of which at least 3 years in Managerial Position in Food or Dairy Sector.
Dy. General Manager(Dairy Operation): Full time B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology from a recognized Institute/University. Full time 2 years MBA / Production/Operation Management desirable. 5-10 years' experience in a Milk federation/ Milk Union or a milk producer company, out of which minimum 03 years' experience in handling a medium size Automated Dairy Processing Unit.
Manager(HR): Graduate with good academic record. Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relation/MBA(HR) desirable. Degree in Law/Labour Law and SAP/ERP exposure added qualification. At least 05-10 years post-qualification experience, out of which last 3 years in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations in managerial capacity.
Dy. Manager (Cattle Feed Plant): B.Tech/ BE(Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation) or Post Graduate in relevant field with MBA in Operations/Production Management. Minimum 3-7 years' post qualification experience in manufacture, production and operations of Cattle Feed Plant. Experience in Managing a Cattle Feed Plant desirable.
Dy. Manager (Quality Control): Graduate/ Post Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Dairy Chemistry/Dairy Microbiology from a recognized Institute/University. Minimum 5-10 years post-qualification experience in Dairy/Food Industry out of which at least 3 years in Quality Control/FASSAI Compliance /Quality Assurance in reputed Dairy. Working knowledge in SAP/ERP desirable.
Junior Assistant (Laboratory): Graduate/ Post Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Dairy Chemistry/ Bsc/Msc (Chemistry/Microbiology)/Biotechnology from a recognized Institute/ University. Minimum 02 years' Post qualification experience. Preference to experience in Dairy/Food Industry. Fresher can also apply.
Junior Assistant (P&I): A Bachelor's Degree (+3 Arts/Science/Commerce) or equivalent from a recognized university. Adequate knowledge in basic computer applications (MS Word, MS Excel, data entry) mandatory. Ability to speak, read, and write Odia fluently and passed Odia in H.S.C. or equivalent.
Salary/ Stipend
Monthly consolidated remuneration on CTC basis as per post (Contractual).
General Manager posts: ₹1,53,000
Dy. General Manager (D.O): ₹1,48,000
Manager (HR): ₹1,32,000
Dy. Manager posts: ₹1,09,000
Junior Assistant posts: ₹43,000

Maximum 55 years for managerial positions (General Manager, Dy. General Manager, Manager, Dy. Manager).
