Essential educational qualification: Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).
Post-qualification experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience (after becoming member of ICAI/ICMAI) in any organization.

Salary/Stipend
Total consolidated monthly emolument shall be Rs. 1,20,000/- (fixed) for the first two years.

Selection Process
Selection to the post of Executive (Finance & Accounts) will be based on performance in personal interview.

General Information/Instructions
The appointment shall be on full time contract basis for 2 years, extendable further by 1 year at a time up to a maximum of 4 years.
Services can be terminated at any time during the period of engagement by giving one month’s notice by either party or payment of consolidated remuneration of one month in lieu of notice.
The contract shall not confer any rights or claim of extension/absorption in Ordnance Factory Ambajhari or Yantra Institute of Technology & Management, Ambajhari / units of YIL.
During the contract period, other assignment/consultancy of any type will not be permitted.
Executive (F&A) will maintain highest standards of integrity, transparency, competitiveness, economy and efficiency while working.
Executive (F&A) shall maintain absolute confidentiality and secrecy of information during and after the contract, and will be governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.
Normal working hours shall be from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM; in exigencies, services may be required on holidays or beyond normal hours without extra compensation.
Paid leave of absence may be allowed at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month of service; accumulation of leave beyond a calendar year (one year of service from appointment date) is not allowed.
‘No work no pay’ will be applicable if more than prescribed leave is taken during the contract period.
Ordnance Factory Ambajhari or Yantra Institute of Technology & Management, Ambajhari reserves the right to terminate engagement at any stage in the event of serious failure to perform tasks or failure to observe standards of conduct.
