SPM (Alumni, Migration, Placement & Retention tracking): 01 Post 3. District Programme Managers: 05 Posts 4. District Functional Manager (Livelihoods): 11 Posts 5. District Functional Manager: 11 Posts 6. District Functional Manager (Financial Inclusion): 07 Posts 7. Block Programme Managers: 49 Posts 8. Accountant: 09 Posts 9. Block Cluster Coordinator: 71 Posts 10. Data Entry Operator: 69 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 21-55 years for S.No-01 to 06, 21-35 years for S.No-07 to 10 as on 31-12-2017. Age Relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Post-Graduation Master of Social Work/ Rural Management/ Social Sciences/ Sociology/ Development Economics/ Rural & Urban Development with 1st Division for S.No-02, MBA (Project Management), MBA (Finance) project finance/ Management/ Rural Development, Master of Social Work (MSW) for S.No-01, Post-Graduation in Rural Development/ Management/ Business Administration/ Agri-Business Management/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied Disciplines like Horticulture, Flori culture etc/ Veterinary Sciences and Allied Disciplines like Dairying,  Poultry, Sheep-Breeding, Piggery for S.No-03, 04, MBA in Finance or MBA (Banking & Finance Programme Structure) or Master in Finance & Control (MFC) or Economics or Commerce or Master in Business Economics (MBE) for S.No-05 with relevant experience. Selection Process: Selection will be based on interview, written test and village immersion cum Induction.
