Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-33 years (38 years for Reserved category) as on 16-11-2015. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidate should possess SSC with Diploma in Pharmacy for Pharmacist, Degree with Sociology/ Home Science/ Child Development for Anganwadi Supervisor, SSC with Science for Health Worker (Male), Diploma in Civil Engineering for Junior Engineer (Civil) & Junior Engineer (Civil) Construction, SSC with 02 years Diploma in Livestock Management/ Milk Production for Livestock Supervisor. Selection Process: Candidate will be selected based on their performance in Written examination.
Exam Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 300/- for Open category, Rs. 150/- for Reserved category in the form of Bank Challan payable at State Bank of India. There is no fee for Ex-Serviceman.
